This course has been created for the HomeRiver Group’s employees and representatives who are working in or manage pre-1978 residences that potentially fall under the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and/or Housing and Urban Development (HUD) rules.

At the end of the course there is an exam that requires a 70% passing score. Once achieved, you will receive a certificate of course completion from the system.
